Back for the 22nd year, the Lowell Folk Festival the last weekend of July offered continuous music on six stages throughout downtown Lowell in musical styles ranging from bluegrass and blues to gospel, folk and world music. Ethnic foods are part of the mix as are craftsmen, artisans and family-friendly activities. |
