An introduction to the variety of beauty and adventure on Antelope Island, the largest island in the Great Salt Lake. Presented by the Davis Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Antelope Island is a Utah State Park, and it's about 15 miles long, and nearly 5 miles wide at its widest point. It's filled with adventure, wild animals, photo ops and fun things to do. Perfect for tour groups in buses, or families in the family car. There's a state-run Visitor Center, an old ranch, horseback riding, a beach with showers and changing facilities, lots of trails - and in season - a walk-up grill with, what else? Delicious buffalo burgers..... Come check it out! www.davis.travel; 888.444.9771; www.twitter.com/DACVB. |
